We measure, identify and list customer requirements and provide efficient integrated solutions towards risk minimization. Our services rest upon three principles:
Proactive loss prevention — To avoid losses by analyzing potentiai exposures and minimizing them. We present to orients an outline of potential problems and their solutions based upon our loss control capabilities and regional and global strengths.
Reactive loss control — To prevent future losses by analyzing client loss frequency and severity trends, and implementing recommendations in accordance with the needs of each insured. We perform follow-up inspections to assess the progress of our insureds as they implement our recommendations into their business activities.
Communication — To exchange essential information that will assist both the client and loss prevention professional in carrying out loss prevention initiatives both during the policy period and prior to policy renewal, new construction, marine activities and new procedures. We also offer training on such issues as fire protection, marine exposure and construction safety.
